Performance Benchmarking Tools

We provide these tools free of charge to help you become aware of certain business issues, as a learning aid, and to stimulate your thinking on how CRS could help your company. The first tool is a high-level diagnostic of your business (Vision/Planning, Sales/Marketing, and Financial). To obtain either of these tools, we ask that you complete our Contact Us form and select the Phone Consultation inquiry type. After our discussion, we will email a link to the Excel spreadsheet for the benchmarking tool you are interested in using. You will also have an opportunity to request notifications of future tools as they become available.

Tutorials
