Benchmarking Tools

How the tools Work?

The tools consist of a pre-built Excel spreadsheet which lists specific questions (best practices) related to a company’s overall performance or performance in a specific department or functional area of the company.  The tool provides for numeric scoring and a valuation based on that score (benchmark scores derived from past customer assessments).

To obtain either of these Excel tools, we ask that you complete our Contact Us form and select the Phone Consultation inquiry type.  After our discussion, we will email a link to the Excel spreadsheet for the benchmarking tool you are interested in using. You will also have an opportunity to request notifications of future tools as they become available.

Expanded versions of these two benchmarking tools covering many more functional areas are made available to customers as part of our CRS Customer Portal service.
