The Data Mining, Business Analytics and Predictive Modeling Services consist of four key components:

• CRS Data Mining/Predictive Modeling Platforms – serves as the foundation for all of the data mining, analysis, and modeling performed by our customers in a hosted environment or by our consultants on behalf of our customers.
• CRS Customer Portal – severs as the communications hub between the customer and our consultants. The portal also provides educational materials, model examples, third part articles, etc.
• Data Insight, Dashboard, and Data Manager Services – provides the ancillary services related to visually seeing the results of the analysis, dashboards and reports for updated analysis results and business intelligence, and data manager for data storage functions.
• Research – provides additional capabilities for conducting primary research into customer behavior and other topics utilizing various survey and text mining techniques.

Training Services

We also offer a full slate of training courses covering the areas of marketing analytics, data mining, predictive modeling, and analytic software tools. The Training Services can be tailored to incorporate your own data.

Along with these courses, we also provide customized, interactive modeling workshops to assist organizations in their efforts to get their modeling programs off the ground.

Implementation Assistance

CRS Implementation Assistance is a time-and-material based offering that assists you in fully implementing predictive models, optimizations, and the results of the data analysis efforts into their respective production systems.
