The following content describes the purpose, functions and features of each of these valuable customer services provide through the CRS LityxIQ Platform:

Data Insight

The Data Insight service enables our customer to see their historic data in a brand new light. A far greater understanding of what is occurring in your organization is gleaned from graphic display of the data and their interconnections. The data is displayed in multiple formats including bar and pie charts, scatter charts, bubble charts, line charts, radar (spider) charts, and graphic maps.

The insights and analysis are driven by metadata (information about the data) so that only meaningful analyses are performed and provided. Results are presented as high-quality, interactive flash graphics that can be viewed and saved to a local hard drive or shared with others directly within the platform. Tabular results can be exported to Excel.

The resulting output can be stored as snapshots, organized, notated, and shared with others in your organization. Other users are notified with an automated link to access the findings. Another option is to export the findings and create a presentation using tools like PowerPoint or Excel.

The Data Insight capability is the same functionality used in building models with the CRS Business Analytics Platform. The metadata is the key link to problem solving using either platform.

Dashboard

The Dashboard service within the CRS LityxIQ Platform provides up-to-date display of an organization’s data in a convenient display on your desktop. The information delivered can go beyond the traditional by providing data interactivity, simulation capability, what-if scenarios, and integration with predictive model scores.

The benefits of the dashboard service include the capability of having the appropriate level of information available as needed to make those time sensitive decisions and make course corrections as needed.

Each dashboard is designed and customized to provide the right information when needed. The information is available whether you’re at the office or on the road. The dashboards provide high quality flash-based graphics that can be saved or shared with others.

Data Manager

The Data Manager enables the user to seamlessly bring data into the CRS LityxIQ platform environment for analysis, reporting, modeling, or optimization purposes. The data manager automatically generates the required metadata for the dataset brought into the system. The same capability is provided in the CRS Business Analytics Platform.

Data refreshes can be automatically retrieved from FTP sites or the CRS Customer Portal, and new data fields can be consistently defined and attached to a dataset. With the predictive models in the CRS Lityx platform, the fresh data can then be set to trigger model execution or scoring job runs.
