CRS Unique Pricing Structure
Instead of making a capital investment in software and hardware and hiring expensive staff, we offer our Data Mining, Business Analytics, and Predictive Modeling Services per the following arrangements:

• Subscription-based hosted solution – you build your own models and perform your own investigations using the data mining, analytics and predictive modeling platform; access is available through a web browser and an internet connection. No complex, expensive software or hardware investments are necessary on your part. The platform automates all the technical aspects of predictive modeling and provides easy-to-use and powerful marketing optimization solutions designed for the marketer and business user.   The platform includes solutions for deriving and sharing basic insights about your customers through easy-to-use and interactive analysis tools. It also provides direct access to hosted reports and business intelligence such as campaign results, customer trends and interactive customer RFM dashboards.   The platform hosting pricing is based on many factors such as data size requirements, number of users, which solutions are used (modeling, optimization, etc), contract term, platform technology, etc. We are happy to provide a price quote based on a discussion of your specific needs. • Retained expert solution – you rely on a designated senior consultant to provide the guidance, expertise, and platform execution required to perform the necessary data mining, business analytics, and predictive modeling activities.The senior consultant is a seasoned business analyst and problem solver with in-depth knowledge of the technical tools needed to perform the job. Operating remotely, your expert will go to school on your organization’s business activities, data, and goals/objectives before commencing the engagement.

  After an initial free exploratory discussion, the senior consultant service can be purchased in 8-hour blocks per consultant and consumed in 15-minute increments of time. Multiple blocks of time can be purchased initially or added as needed.

  Our retained expert service is designed to be flexible with no monthly/yearly fixed commitment or per minute/session usage charge. The service is designed for investigative work or whose organizations just starting to look at business analytics. You pay for what you use, as little or as much as you need, with no internal IT development or support necessary.

  Contact is made by phone or email with response time guaranteed within 24 hours. Sessions are scheduled to maximize our effectiveness. A monthly account statement recording time used and the remaining balance is mailed by the 5th of each month or available through the CRS Customer Portal. • Contract for consulting services rendered solution – you contract with CRS to perform stated work as defined in a project requirements and scoping document prepared by CRS and your team. The document defines our roles and responsibilities, work to be performed, deliverables, due dates, and project schedule. CRS will estimate our work effort and staff requirement, and will submit a proposal for your review and acceptance.

  Off-site communications will be channeled through the CRS Customer Portal. CRS project team members have a solid understanding of real-world business problems, business analytics, data mining, and predictive modeling.
