The objective is to choose sites that will maximize your profitability, but also ensure your best customers are satisfied and have access to your products and services.

Analysis and Customer Data
The following historic data and analyses are used to help plan site location:
- Historical sales data is analyzed in conjunction with spatial and geo-demographic data to determine key spatial trends that drive sales.
- Potential sites are analyzed and forecasts are created of potential sales at each site.
- Competitor sites and customer locations are also accounted for to update forecasts based on external business impacts.
- Client objectives are understood and accounted. For example, is the goal to be within 5 miles of 90% of potential customers, or to maximize potential profitability within a market?
